Hello from Innkeeper Brian & Bernadette’s Home located at Gavin’s Irish Country Inn! Just made some Homemade Beef Stew and serving over Homemade Mashed Potatoes tonight and will be served with one of our homemade breads with butter! January’s Lodge Recipe of the Month 🍲 This Oven Beef Stew was slow cooked in cast iron and served over mashed potatoes with garlic bread on the side. The coziest kind of winter dinner. I’ve decided I’m going to start cooking the Lodge Recipe of the Month every month and sharing it here. If you love cast iron cooking, comfort food, and old-school recipes, stick around. #LodgeCastIron #RecipeOfTheMonth #CastIronCooking #ComfortFood #WinterDinner | Kaleb Everitt Guynes
